Frequently Asked Questions

Q? What are the ages of participation

A. Ages are 6-14 years old for Football and Cheer. Cut off date is July 31st, which means whatever age the participant is on July 31st of that season is their league age. We do not hold try outs, nor do we cut players.

Q? What is needed to register

A. You must fully complete the registration packet: Registration form, Code of conduct, medical waiver, current physical. You can find the registration packet here:

Q? Where do you practice

A. We practice at Woodstock Park.

Q? What time is practice

A. At the start of the season we practice Monday - Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Once school starts we go down to three days a week. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

Q? Where are your home games played

A. For the 2015 season, our games will be played at Thompson Field, in Alameda CA.

Q? What league are you in

A. We are part of San Jose PAL Football League

Q? How many games do you play, and how far will we have to travel.

A. We play 8 games in the regular season. 4 home games, 4 away not including playoff games. The furthest teams in our league are Scotts Valley, and Mountain House. But we will not have to travel to play those teams every season.

Q? What training do your coaches have

A. Our coaches are Heads up Football certified, and we are all part of the Positive coaching alliance. All coaches must take and pass a livescan background check in order to volunteer.

Q? What do you provide to the football players

A. We provide helmet shoulder pads, and game day jerseys. Which must be returned at the end of the season. You must provide a mouth piece (any color except clear), cleats, girdle with hip, tail bone, thigh and knee pads, and Black football pants

Q? What do you provide to the cheerleaders

A. We provide the shell and skirt for their game day uniforms. You must purchase the cheer accessory package we offer.
